		<description>I used a Head First book for xhtml and css and I too was suspicious of its approach. I don&#039;t care for the Dummies series because of a similar approach. It seems &#039;chatty&#039; and circuitious. But with the Head First books I actually end up learning stuff and, more importantly for me, recalling it!</description>
